QA PASS: After discussing this with Thomas and Constance concluded that this is QA PASS without the server failure test. The reasoning is that the other passed test all work and they pull the same properties file as this would. Additionally there was no code change in this fix only properties file modification.

QA UPDATE - Messages work as described. Need to work with Thomas to generate a server failure message then this will be PASS and CLOSE.

Pete,

The first instance found was in creating duplicate items thru the UI and imports. (The import error had been falling out even when processing manually.) See the review for https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/GRBK-1167#icft=GRBK-1167 for that one HTTP error message:

QA Note from https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/GRBK-1167#icft=GRBK-1167

For QA and unit testing, verify the duplication of items with "No Categories" and "Categories" (weighted or not). Also, test thru the UI for direct creation as well as thru imports. See https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/GRBK-1079#icft=GRBK-1079 AND https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/GRBK-407#icft=GRBK-407 for additional test scenarios.

The second instance found was a final grade submission error. It was coded into the properties files.

QA for that one would be final grade submission with a forced server error.

Hi Constance,

Could you put a test plan out here. I'm not sure which dialogs generate this error.
