Deselecting "Weight items equally:" does not return items to original individual weights

Description

Line 104 of Regression test plan indicates that expected results are "items revert to their original weights".

This exists in Production (1.5) as well.

Test scenario:
1) Create category. Do not check weight equally.
2) Add 2 or more items and assign different % of category values
3) Edit category and select weight equally and save.
4) Deselect weight equally and notice that % of category values did not return to original values.

Suggestions:
1) Return items to original % of category values when weight equally category option is unchecked.
2) When weight equally category option is unchecked, erase all % of category values for items and thus force the re-entering of % of category values by user.

Programmer's feedback on how this "should" work:

1. If user entered an item weight, the categorie's "weight items equally" function will not persist the equal weight but will keep the previously entered value.
2. The above also handles the default case where the user hasn't entered an item weight, in which case the "0" remains persisted.

NOTE: Thins change will require that we code review every case where we access the item's weight in cases where the category has the "weight items equally" function checked.
