R-Click on item in Unassigned>Add Item does not work initially (all fields grayed out), but can click on item in category and New Item Frame entry fields "unlock," but if create multiple items by clicking Save, only the last item is saved.

Right-clicking on Unassigned items should generate a special menu that is different from other right-click menus. Editing an unassigned item should only allow either deleting or moving the item to a different category. This should really be specced out better.

In dev, the bug:
1. R-click on an item in Unassigned
2. Select Add Item in the drop-down
3. Only the % Category entry field and the Category dropdown can be accessed
4. Click on an item in the directory
5. The Unsaved Changes popup appears, as expected
6. Click Yes.
7. The info for the selected item appears in the "New Item" frame.
8. Edit Item name or any other parameter.
9. Click Save & Close.
10. There is no "New Item," as the right frame's title indicated, but the selected item's name or other data is edited. This relates to GRBK-1029.

NOTE: I am not able to replicate the inability to edit (step 3) in prod. See attached video capture prod.
