Need paging or search of sites in paste destination picker for copy/move
Description
When copying or moving an item in the docs tool, a dialog allows the user to pick a destination folder. The dialog will show a list of sites the user has access to. For admin's and some other users, this list could be too long to retrieve and display in the browser. It could impact performance on the server and/or in the browser. This should be avoided in cases where the list might cause a problem. Either paging or search might help.
