Guarantees: Attendee knows when sessions are available. Attendee is able to sign up for an available session

Main Success Scenario:

1. Attendee accesses tool
2. Tool displays list of sessions for which attendee has attend permission
3. Attendee chooses session of interest
4. Tool displays information based on session type
   1. Informal session: Tool informs attendee that no sign-up is required
   2. Individual session: Tool displays time slots available
      1. Attendee signs up for desired slot
      2. Attendee adds an optional comment
   3. Group session: Tool displays remaining session capacity
      1. Attendee signs up for session
      2. Attendee adds an optional comment
5. Tool records changes to database
6. Tool adds entry to user's calendar

Extensions:

1. Attendee will not see tool without view permission
2. If no seat is available in time slot, attendee will not be able to sign up
3. If the date is not between the start and end dates of the booking period, the attendee will not be able to sign up
