Note:

  • It is a good idea to set these permissions for the !site.template, !site.template.course, !group.template.project  and !group.template.course so they will be inherited in any new created sites or groups.
  • The signup.view or signup.view.all permission is required to use the tool.
  • The Instructor and Maintain roles may wish to have signup.attend.all privileges if they wish to attend meetings or demonstrate use of the tool to other site participants.
