Innovative Support - Supporting Sakai in Real-Time

Session Abstract

Support professionals representing several institutions will demonstrate custom solutions they have developed for actual Sakai end-users. Would you like your site to have voice mail? Anonymous grading? The audience will be encouraged to provide their own support questions and scenarios which the team will attempt to resolve in real-time.
