Easing Data Recovery in Sakai

Easing Data Recovery in Sakai

Speaker(s): Andrew Poland; Dan McKee

Session Abstract

Accidental erasure of data, whether due to user action or software bugs, is often a concern in production Sakai deployments. While traditional data recovery methods still apply and still can be used, they are often cumbersome and untimely. We will explore an approach that can be more easily executed and place data recovery under the control of support staff and developers.
