Session Abstract

We cover the new functionality added to Messages & Forums since Sakai 2.3, existing functionality, the name change, and splitting of one tool into two separate tools. Messages & Forums becomes the new default threaded discussion tool in Sakai 2.4. New features include group restrictions, a synoptic view, the ability to reorder forums and topics, and export/import support.
