Manipulate Wizards

Please do not use the scripts below. The OSP test scripts have been moved to a public Google Docs spreadsheet, which is available at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AldPCURzarLgdDY0TmJxcFV1R3hQaHZyWXRUbUpTRlE&hl=en_US#gid=0. This will allow concurrent editing of each script and easier documentation and tracking of results.

Script Information

Log in as instructor. In top-right corner of 'Welcome' page enter:
user id: 'kfoster'
password: 'kayla'
Click 'Log in' button.

Select the tab for BUS 101 001 or whatever you named the course site created in ST.Script.02.Add Sites

Course Home appears.

Exporting a Sequential Wizard

Step	Action	Expected Result
1	Click Wizards from the main menu.	The 'Manage Wizards' page is displayed which lists any wizards that have been added to the course.
2	Click the Export link under the 'Sequential Communications Wizard' that was added.	The 'File Download' dialog box pops up, prompting user to Open, Save or Cancel the operation.
3	Click Save	The 'Save As' dialog box appears.
4	Save the exported wizard to the desktop. If not already pre-named, name the file `Sequential+Communications+Wizard.zip` Click Save	The 'Sequential+Communications+Wizard.zip' file is saved to the desktop.
5	Double-click the 'Sequential+Communications+Wizard.zip' file to view its contents.	There should be files in the folder based on the contents of the wizard.

Importing a Sequential Wizard

Step	Action	Expected Result
1	Click Wizards from the main menu.	The 'Wizard Manager' page is displayed which lists any wizards that have been added to the course.
2	Click Import from the options area at the top of the Wizard Manager page	The 'Import Wizard' page appears.
3	Click Select files next to the field 'Name'	The Resources area appears.
4	Click Add and then Upload Files from the menu.	The 'Upload Files' form page appears.
5	Next to File to Upload, click the Browse button to locate the exported wizard (a .zip file) that was saved from the 'Exporting a Sequential Wizard' test script.	The dialog box appears where you can browse for your file.
6	Once the file is selected, click Continue	The 'Select Item' list page re-appears with your item listed in 'Items to attach'
7	Click Continue	The 'Import Wizard' page re-appears with your .zip file appearing in the 'Name' textbox.
8	Click the Import button at the bottom of the page to complete the import.	The wizard should import without error and you should now be on the 'Wizard Manager' page where you can click Edit to update your wizard properties.

Exporting a Hierarchical Wizard

1	Click Wizards from the main menu.	The 'Manage Wizards' page is displayed which lists any wizards that have been added to the course.
2	Click the export link under the 'Hierarchical Communications Wizard' that was added.	The 'File Download' dialog box pops up, prompting user to Open, Save or Cancel the operation.
3	Click Save	The 'Save As' dialog box appears.
4	Save the exported wizard to the desktop. If not already pre-named, name the file `Hierarchical+Communications+Wizard.zip` Click Save	The 'Hierarchical+Communications+Wizard.zip' file is saved to the desktop.
5	Double-click the 'Hierarchical+Communications+Wizard.zip' file to view its contents.	There should be files in the folder based on the contents of the wizard.

Add Glossary Items

1	Click Glossary from the main menu.	The Glossary Manager page is displayed with one or more glossary terms listed.
2	Verify Glossary Permissions. Select Permissions...	Validate permissions against design.Design docs not available.
3	Click Add and enter the following: Term = `Breach of Contract` Short Description = `Breach of Contract` Long Description = `Breach of Contract - A violation of or failure to perform according to the terms and conditions of an agreement.` Click Add Term button.	The 'Glossary Manager' page is displayed with the new term 'Breach of Contract' listed.
4	Repeat steps 2 - 3 with the following terms: Glossary Term 2 Term `Arbitration` Short Description `Arbitration` Long Description `A form of alternative dispute resolution in which a neutral third party (an arbitrator) considers the competing parties´ arguments and evidence and renders a decision or award. Arbitration can be binding or non-binding.` Glossary Term 3 Term `Marketing Communications` Short Description `Marketing Communications` Long Description `The process and techniques involved in marketing, promoting or selling products or services through creative, visual or written communications. Edit Glossary Term 4

Delete Glossary Term 4

1	In 'Glossary Manager', click Delete beside the Glossary term `Delete Me`	The term 'Delete Me' no longer appears.

Export Glossary

Test	Action	Expected Result
1	Click Glossary from the main menu.	The 'Manage Glossary' page is displayed.
2	Click Export from the top of the page.	The 'File Download' dialog box pops up, prompting user to Open, Save or Cancel the operation.
3	Click Save	The 'Save As' dialog box appears.
4	Save the glossary export to the desktop. If not already pre-named, name the file `BUS 101 001 W06 Glossary.zip` Click Save	The 'BUS 101 001 W06 Glossary.zip' file is saved to the desktop.
5	Double-click the 'BUS 101 001 W06 Glossary.zip' file to view its contents.	There should an .xml file in the folder based on the contents of the glossary.
