Add Hierarchical Wizard via OSP Wizard Tool.

Step	Action	Expected Result
1	Click OSP Wizard from the main menu.	The 'Wizard' tool list page is displayed
2	Click the New Wizard link at the top of the screen.	The 'Edit Wizard' page is displayed with the description '1 Begin Design' highlighted.
3	Enter the following: Name: Hierarchical Communications Wizard Description: This wizard is a supplementary wizard for the Communications Matrix. Keywords: communications Type: Hierarchical Wizard is selected. Click Save and Continue	The 'Edit Wizard' page is displayed with the description '2 Select Content' highlighted.
4	Click the down arrow next to 'Wizard: Hierarchical Communications Wizard' to ensure that the description and keywords are accurate.	The Description, keywords and modified date are shown.
5	Click the link New Category at the top of the screen.	The 'Edit Wizard' form is displayed.
6	Enter the following: Title: Relationship building Description: Learn how relationship building is important to any successful negotiation. Keywords: negotiation relationships Click Save
7	Click the New Page link underneath the category 'Relationship building'.	The 'Edit Cell Settings' page is displayed.
8	Enter the following: Title: 'Skills' Description: Apply relationship building skills to a negotiation. Click the link click here to create guidance	The 'Guidance' page is displayed.
9	Enter the following: Add instruction: Conduct a role-playing negotiation with a classmate. Use relationship building to find out where the common interests are in the issue. Both members of the group will switch to play both parts. Read the book 'Getting to Yes' to learn about different types of relationship building. Add Example: Learning what motivates the "other side" and where common interests lie. Add Rationale: This will help you develop strong business relationships that can be leveraged throughout the negotiation process. Click Save	The guidance you created is saved, and can be edited or deleted.
10	Select the following: Select Reflection Device: Select the reflection form Select Review Device: Select the comments form Select Evaluation Device: Select the evaluation form	The forms are selected.
11	Click the Select Evaluators... link at the top of the page.	The 'Evaluators to publish to' screen is displayed.
12	Click Browse for User button below the textbox for 'Portfolio User'	The list of participants is shown.
13	Click the checkbox next to 'cowens' to select Clay Owens as the evaluator. Click Add Selected>>	The user 'Clay Owens' appears in the right-hand frame entitled 'Selected Evaluators'
14	Click the Back button	The 'Evaluators to publish to' screen is displayed with 'Clay Owens (cowens) shown in the 'Selected Evaluators' frame.
15	Click Save	The 'Edit Cell Settings' page is displayed with Clay Owens listed as the evaluator for the wizard.
16	Click Save	The 'Edit Wizard' page is displayed with the new page listed.
17	Click Save and Continue	The 'Edit Wizard' page is displayed with the description '3 Support' highlighted.
18	Click Save and Continue	The 'Edit Wizard' page is displayed with the description '4 Design' highlighted.
19	Click the button 'Manage Style'	The 'Select Item' page is displayed
20	Click Add new	The 'Select Item' form page is displayed.
21	Enter the following: Add Item Type: File Upload Number of Files to Upload: 1 Choose a File: Browse to the file 'blue.css' that can be downloaded.	The 'Select Item' page is displayed with the file 'blue.css' listed.
22	Click Finish	The 'Edit Wizard' page appears with 'blue.css' listed as a style.
23	Click Save and Continue	The 'Edit Wizard' page appears with the description '5 Properties' highlighted.
24	Click Expose Wizard as a Tool Click Save and Finish	The 'Wizard' manager page is displayed with the newly created 'Sequential Communications Wizard' listed.
25	Refresh the browser	A new menu item called 'Hierarchial Communications Wizard' appears.

Create a second page in the heirarchical wizard.

2	Click Save and Continue to go the next screen.	The 'Edit Wizard - 2 Select Content' page is displayed with the categories and pages previously created.
3	Click the link New Category at the top of the screen.	The 'Edit Wizard' form is displayed.
4	Enter the following: Title: Creating Options Description: Learn how to use creativity for various options that can be posed. Keywords: negotiation options Click Save
5	Click the New Page link underneath the category 'Creating Options'.	The 'Edit Cell Settings' page is displayed.
6	Enter the following: Title: 'Skills' Description: Learn techniques to devise creative options that are amenable to both parties. Click the link click here to create guidance	The 'Guidance' page is displayed.
7	Enter the following: Add instruction: Work with a classmate to think of creative options that may be used for a stalled negotiation process. Set the scenario with a type of negotiation, and use creative instinct to think of various options that may appeal to both sides. Add Example: Using creative options to jumpstart a stalled union contract negotiation. Add Rationale: This will help you see that diversity of thinking is important when the traditional methods fail. Click Save	The guidance you created is saved, and can be edited or deleted.
8	Select the following: Select Reflection Device: Select the reflection form Select Review Device: Select the comments form Select Evaluation Device: Select the evaluation form	The forms are selected.
9	Click the Select Evaluators... link at the top of the page.	The 'Evaluators to publish to' screen is displayed.
