Test/Use Cases: (test for Firefox, IE6, IE7)
1. A student should be able to open the tool.

3. a. Student should be able to add a file to their dropbox.

c. Student should be able to update a file within their dropbox.
d. Student should not be able to delete a file from their instructor within their own dropbox. (Is this configurable?)
4. a. Instructor should be able to add a file to their students' dropbox.
b. Instructor should be able to delete a file from their students' dropbox.
c. Instructor should be able to update a file within their students' dropbox.
d. Instructor should have access to all of their students' dropboxes.
5. Instructor should be able to upload multiple files via WebDav within site quota limits.

7. When non-Ascii characters exist in file name. The instructor should be able access the file.
8. When non-Ascii characters exist in file name. The student should be able access the file.
9. When the 'Send email notification to an instructor' is checked and a file is uploaded, email should be sent to the instructor.
10. When the 'Send email notification to an instructor' is not checked and a file is uploaded, email should not be sent to the instructor.
11. What is the default state of the email notification checkbox? Verify this is true for all instances.
12. A student should not be able to upload a file greater than the stated quota limit as configured in sakai.properties.
13. A student should be able to upload a file within the stated quota limit as configured in sakai.properties.
14. The folder icon should switch to "on fire" when content that fits the description of being 'new' in drop-down listbox is added?
15. The fire should go out when new filter is modified to a value that would exclude all content from being new in the folder.
