- How can we assist in treating these JIRA issues? Jim is heavily committed elsewhere, and won't even be able to begin fixing problems until later.
- Developers might simply try to take reported issues and identify the technical problem in a comment - UNISA is thinking of doing this
- Better yet, they might pick some easier issues and contribute a patch within Jira itself
- Jim can help mentor people working on these issues, as they have questions - Soo Il at BU has a little time to work on a few issues here and there, but will likely have questions
- Linking or relating issues can also be a big help.
