export the extra column for the letter grade only, not the combination of letter and percentage

CCFIT: 'give ungraded no credit' - Zeros given in scores not marked when dropped.

When creating a new item, if uncheck "Include in grade," choice is not saved; need to edit the item & uncheck again.

The total category points is calculated incorrectly for categories with scores dropped and item points unequal (weights are equal)
