User reported an issue where he felt questions where jumping order in a Question Pool, which led him to believe that certain questions had been dropped from the pool. He had suggested displaying a unique identifier for each question when in edit mode for a question in a question pool. But that is just trying to solve the problem of understanding whether a question is part of a given pool or not.
