Add GCalendar as a stealthed tool - the Sakai/Google-Calendar integrated tool is a contrib tool at:

Initial functionality should include:
1) automatically create and display google calendar named after course/project site
2) automatically share google calendar (read only) with all site/roster members
3) Functional on Firefox, Chrome and IE browsers
4) Instructor/Owners have write-access to google calendar (with configurable permissions available in a later version)
5) Support for adding google calendar events from within Sakai gcalendar tool
