Lesson Builder support for Test Center (Mneme )

Description

We need to enable Lesson Builder support for Mneme. This will allow Lesson Builder to place assessments form Test Center on to Lesson Builder sequences.

Mneme is in a separate directory, which is not used by default. Information at: https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/LB/Contrib+-+Lesson+Builder

I'd suggest renaming the following prompts from:

  • Create new quiz using Tests and Quizzes

  • Create new quiz using Tasks, Tests and Surveys

To:

  • Create new test using Tests & Quizzes

  • Create new test using Test Center

For consistency with CTools tool names (see lessonbuilder/tool/src/resources/messages.properties)

Commits delivered by prior to code freeze but after the soft freeze. Beth and David decided to revert the buildscripts.properties change from G. The fix will need to be re-committed to the H branch when created.
