Grad Tools site names being created using ID instead of EID

New Grad Tools sites are being created using the user's internal ID.

Examples:
Grad Tools - e03862e5-e618-4343-8015-3b0f7e83c4cc
Grad Tools - 3e4d54d2-a6fd-4d46-00d5-ea7203a88896

but older Grad Tools site titles were in the convention of using the user's uniqname.

Example:
Grad Tools - slonn

Please change so that the title builds off of the user's EID:
Grad Tools - <EID>

The related is not deployed to ctools yet. This fix should go with to keep the current behavior
