Investigate the status and use of indices for TSS tables.
Performance of TSS has been adequate but it does show slowness under some conditions. The current / future use of indices should be examined to see if they would be useful for increasing performance.
One situation that is known to be slow is to get the top level TSS page when there are thousands of TSS streams.
