Affiliate change for School of Information

Description

Marsha Antal (mwhitish), registrar for the School of Information, contacted the Service Center (INC0633800) and requested that her assistant, Jumanah Saadeh (jumanahs) have the same affiliate status that she does for SI courses in CTools.

Additionally, Heather Carpenter has left the University, so she should be removed.
