Update ctools-builder.sh script

Description

The ctools-builder.sh script references the extraction-impl, osp, warehouse modules (deprecated by the Java 8 changes), and needs to be updated to remove these references. Other build scripts should also be reviewed.

A new svn branch of the ctools-buildscripts module should be created if any of those scripts are changed.

Created a new branch https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/msub/umich.edu/ctools/ctools-buildscripts/branches/ctools-buildscripts-2.9T/, One of the Build scripts( limpkin.dsc.umich.edu.build.properties) modified for changing Java home to 1.8 on Jenkins server. I don't see any other deprecated modules changes in the /ctools-buildscripts
