Test Center: Export Summary takes 3 minutes to generate

Description

For the following site:

The export summary for either of the following assessments:

Law Exam 03/27/15 GROUP 1
Law Exam 03/27/15 GROUP 2

Takes several minutes to generate. I could not recreate this poor performance with a new assessment with similar characteristics on another site.

Why is the report taking so long to generate on this site?
