Update CTools Gateway banner + modify boxes

Description

The combined CTools/Canvas gateway has a spiffy new top banner. Please modify the existing banner to match the proposed spec as attached.

Also - create a web version of design attached below.

Instructions for boxes

Edit the 2 html files in the attached archive. At the very least you will need to supply the href values for the links, which at the moment point nowhere.

The 2 html files need to be uploaded to the gatewayadmin site. If they already exist, replace. If they do not exist, add them and name them "canvas" and "helpful".

The images included in the archive need to be available in an "images" folder at the same level as the 2 added files.

Archive of files represents the html equivalent of the PSD.

Instructions on how to add them to gateway and edit them will follow.
