Test Center does not display answers to text (essay) questions in Summary of Data

Description

For essay questions that are inline, the Summary of Data screen in the Grading workflow does not show the text of all the submissions.
Screenshot attached. I created an exam with a single essay question on a test site with 2 students. I logged in as one student and took the exam. The screenshot is the instructor view after I submitted my exam. The result I submitted is not visible. It used to be.

Perhaps the summary shouldn't include essay responses, but instead display a comment explaining where the user could find the responses? I'll ask etudes if they've made any changes in this area
