Canvas changes to CTools gateway

Description

The following changes are requested to support the effort to repurpose the CTools gateway as a Canvas. See screenshot for details.

The New to CTools? box (1) at lower left should be changed to allow editing and creation of new links that relate to Canvas, similar to the Helpful Links box (3) at lower right.

The New to CTools? box should be made the same size as the Helpful Links box.

Reduce the footprint of the Survey section (2) to allow for the size increase of the New to CTools? box

The New to CTools? box should fit into the overall design of the gateway but it should be distinguished in such a way as to draw attention to the fact that it is Canvas-oriented (Canvas icon? TBD)

Other design changes may be requested by the team as the design of the Canvas section evolves

Please add polls tool to four.durango gateway, adjusting size as needed to fit currently available space.

Everything looks good. We will review at next week's gateway team meeting to verify that no other changes are desired. If no more changes this, will be good to include in next Dev build. Will update Jira's status after next meeting.

All done, assigning back to you. And by "all done" - I have taken care of 2 above. 1 is already functional. Both can be checked in 4durango.
