Extend Melete (Modules) Common Cartridge export

Description

The Melete (Modules) Common Cartridge export lacks the following:

1. Open, Due and Allow Until dates are not available in the module export package. Only Open Date is required for this JIRA
2. For file and URL content types, the “open in a new window” option does not appear in the export package.

This data should be added to the export package, including the Base64 export returned as part of the entity broker feed described by
