Kresge Library Help tool

Description

Jennifer Zimmer (jamm) from the Ross school has requested that we create a Kresge Library Help tool and add it to the list of selectable tools in CTools. This can be done through the use of a web content tool.
The URL to be used in the web content tool is:
https://www.bus.umich.edu/kresgelibrary/contact.htm
The tool should be named "Kresge Library Help".
