Not Needed Immediately Message showing incorrectly

In CTools it should NOT display "Not needed immediately" because the "used late in term" flag is not set in M-Pathways.

The other statement "will be needed right from the beginning" is a comment entered by the instructor and is coming across fine. So it looks like we have a system bug in the "used late in term" flag.
Let me know and thanks. Mary

Here's what I see in CTools right now for this user:

Looks correct to me if I understand the situation correctly – the book is indicated necessary from the beginning of the course. Ask the user to login again and check. Maybe browser cache?

Hi Sean,

Please look into the #1 question from this instructor below. I've attached a screen shot of his class and book entry from the public catalog in M-Pathways and it does not indicate that the book is used late in term. He says it does indicate that in CTools. Spring 2009 ANTHRCUL 101

Thanks, Mary

Subject: Textbook ordering question

Dear help desk,

I have three quick questions about ordering online:

1) When I view my wolverine access order from the Ctools utextbook function, it says that the book I ordered (for Spring Term Anthropology 101) is not needed right away. This is not true, and I never checked the box in wolverine access that says 'will be used later in semester.' How can I make the statement that shows up go away? I've re-edited my order now several times (and in the comment box I've now put a note saying that it is needed right away, but the Ctools alert is still showing up).

This seemed to be an issue in Michigan's external textbook provider (UMIAC). Once that was fixed, the textbook service and textbook tool work correctly.

Can you determine whether this is a general problem or something specific about this particular class? Can we test whether the late-use flag is always displayed incorrectly in tbook?
