Stealthed Turnitin LTI tool appears under Plugin Tools in Manage Tools

Description

After you add a Turnitin LTI assignment to a site, the Turnitin LTI tool appears under Plugin Tools. This should not happen as users should not be aware that this tool is being used behind the scenes.

What is happening is that site info is picking up the instances of the tool and treating them like they are instances of stealthed tools, which they in fact are, and should be shown in the plugin tools list, like any other manually added instance of a stealthed tool.

Locally I have hacked together a check in Site Manage code that hides the tool, but this is not an ideal solution. I don't know if basiclti has some feature we can use to keep the tool hidden, but I suspect not.

Matthew B suggested that one may be able to use the Sakai 11 "assessment type" setting in Admin Workspace > External Tools (in Content Item section) to stop this happening. I have no idea of the veracity of this.
