Pre-existing citation "Note" fields are not displayed in the citation editing form

Description

If I revise a citation, entering text in the "Note" field, the note field's contents are saved (i.e., I can view them in the read-only view of the citation details), but if I subsequently revise the citation, the note does not appear, so I can't edit it, delete it, etc.

This seems to be true for the following fields as well:

Author(s), Rights, Citation, and Subject.
