Revisions to citation list are saved even when Cancel button is clicked

Description

On 003 at IU:

  • Create a new citation list with several citations and save it.

  • Click on the 'revise' link for the citation list that was just created.

  • Revise or remove a citation.

  • Click 'Cancel' button

  • View citation list - changes were saved even though 'Cancel' was clicked rather than 'Update'

Not sure whether this is a bug or working as designed, but I'm pretty sure it's not the behavior a user would expect.
