Eureka! I completely overlooked the All Submissions option in the Scores page. This does display all submissions with the file uploaded for each. Thanks Lydia!!!

Trisha, there is an option to view 'All Submissions' in the 'Scores' pages. Have you tried that? It would show all submissions that the students have made.
While testing file upload questions in samigo Tests & Quizzes, we discovered a bug when an assessment is set to allow multiple submissions and record the highest score:
If a previous submission had a higher score than a subsequent submission, the file uploaded in either submission is no longer displayed to the instructor after the subsequent submission with a lower score. If another submission with the same score or higher as the previous higher score occurs, the file uploaded with that submission does display to the instructor.
We can see that the uploaded file on the filesystem is updated with each submission.
The obvious workaround for now is not to allow multiple submissions if you're including a file-upload question, but this will be hard to monitor and prevent. Any suggestions?
