[Bulk Edit] This issue is Resolved for 2.4.0, however, there were not sufficient resources available for it to be QA'ed. As no further reports have caused it to be reopened we are assuming it was completely addressed, and are Closing it. Please feel free to reopen this issue if you are indeed experiencing problems with this specific issue's fix, otherwise, please open a new issue.

Adding .011 tag as fix version as this item is up for discussion at the release meeting tomorrow. Issues not included will be set back to solely have a nightly2 fix version and will contain a note with reasoning for not including it.

There is an error in the display of the number of comments on a portfolio. The JSTL EL is not properly evaluated.
Go to Portfolios -> My Comments and notice the heading "Ive Written {0} Comments"
