I set up an assignment using special characters in the Assignment Title. "The é assignment for all students to complete using special characters ä Ñ à." It appears to be creating it ok but when you look at it in the listing it replacing the characters with H's. Like this "The ¿¿ assignment for all students to complete using special characters ¿¿ ¿¿ ¿¿" screen shot attached.
