Functionality to view site in another role

Description

The site management spec describes the admin user going to the site in the owner's role or going to the site in any site participant's role. Work has to be done at the service level to allow for this functionality.

The contributed SUTool provides a similar fucntionality by allowing a user to view the site as a different user (rather than just as if the current user had a different role).

Another functionality not supported by Sakai now. Not sure when/if it can be included in the to-do list.
