At our university, our EIDs for staff (faculty) accounts are numeric (e.g. 01234567), and unrelated to the email address. This makes it very difficult for users to add other staff accounts to worksites, as they first need to find out the respective staff numbers of their colleagues.
While we are looking at implementing some form of lookup as a workaround measure, in the long run it would be preferable if Site Info / Worksite Setup allowed adding internal users to sites (i.e. through Add Participants) by email address.
How this should work:
If an email address is found in the Usernames box, then the email address is resolved into a username (though there could be more than user with the same email addr, in which case only the first match should be presented).
If one or more email addresses does not resolve to a username, a warning appears with the unmatched addresses.

After that, the process works as usual.
