Yes, please, I think that’s an interesting case that should be treated separately. It opens a discussion about what should make a revision be considered as “modified”, which also is important when the peer randomization of reviewers takes place. Right now it’s only score and comments but rubrics should also be considered.

Tested this on https://trunk-maria.nightly.sakaiproject.org/, build aa08c154, while also trying to test https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/SAK-50963.
If the reviewer enters a comment or attaches a file, the rubric and feedback display for the student on the feedback page, in an accordian below the instructor grading. However, if the reviewer only fills out the rubric without leaving any other feedback, the peer reviewer accordian and score do not appear to the student at all. @Bernardo Garcia Vila, would you like me to re-open this Jira or make a new one for the remaining problem?

If an assignment is a peer-reviewed assignment with rubrics, once the instructor grades and releases the assignment, students are not able to see how their peer(s) graded them with the rubric. They only see the score and any comments.
I would expect peer review rubrics to display also.
