in Classic Grader, I only fixed a bug that was preventing the rubric from being displayed, but the dropdown was already in place, and the behavior has not changed

Tested this when I tested . The peer reviews in Classic grader have the peer review rubrics in an accordion list on the Grading Rubrics tab. , would that fix have also added the peer review rubrics in Classic Grader?
However, if a peer review assignment doesn’t use a rubric, the peer reviews are not visible anywhere on Classic Grader - they are not moved off of the Grading Rubrics tab, which doesn’t appear if there is no rubric. I’m making a new Jira for that problem.

When using peer review rubrics and the classic grader, there is a tab called Grading Rubric beside the Assignment Submission tab. For a self-review, the rubric is filled out, but for a peer review, the rubric does not show what was selected. deals with the Sakai Grader and works differently than the classic grader, which is why this is a separate Jira.
