Created multiple sites. Pinned, un-pinned, and re-pinned multiple combinations. Logged out and back in frequently. On login, the pinned sites were the ones expected.

When a site is unpinned, it is added to recents, and if it is re-pinned it will remain in recents and then upon login be removed from pinned.
Recents shouldn’t be removed from pinned.
