LTI: Cancel on pop-up picker console error: ReferenceError: doreload is not defined

Description

With https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/SAK-49560 the pop-up picker for LTI tools changed (for any tool that can add an LTI tool) and there is now a console error:

I cannot reproduce this in Announcements - just Lessons → Add Learning App.
