Show archive download zips in reverse date order

In Admin Tools / Site Archive, archive several files with zip option selected. Go to Download page. Verify archive zips are shown most recent first.

To make it simpler to download the zip file just created, show the Archive zips in reverse date order.
It would be preferable to make the tool show a sortable table but this is a simple change which improves usability.
