steps to reproduce:
switch to dark mode
go to a tool with ckEditor (e.g. assignments → Add assignment)
between the toolbar and content body, there appears a white line
It seems that this was introduced with the fix to https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/SAK-11632.
