OK, well if the “last modified by” doesn’t exist, I suppose it is too difficult to add that to the database? Would it make sense to update the owner to the last person who modified it instead? I’m thinking of cases where someone gets a copy of a site with existing rubrics, and those rubrics keep the name of the original creator. However, the new person modifies their site’s copy of the rubrics heavily, so that they no longer resemble the original. It seems like those modified rubrics should be owned by the person who last edited them.

There is currently a creatorId and an ownerId … no last modified by user id

Currently, when a rubric is created or copied, the “author” field of the rubric is updated. However, importing a rubric into a new site, or editing an existing rubric does not update the author field.
This can be confusing to users if they are the authors of rubrics which have been imported, and then modified or shared by other users, since the rubrics retain the original author’s name, even though they may have been modified to look nothing like the original.
It would be helpful to include a “Last Modified By” column, in addition to the existing “Author” and “Modified by” information fields, so that it is possible to identify which user has made changes to an existing rubric.
Also, on a recent T&L/UX call, it was noted that perhaps the “Origin” field isn’t really necessary to display for rubrics within the same site, since they are all always the current site. The “Origin” column is only really useful when it appears in the Public list of shared rubrics.
