Plus-Single tool: iframe and new window not resizing as pages change in samigo

Description

The htm resize test passed, but when launching the Plus single tool samigo, whether in an iframe or in a new page, the page does not resize when navigating to samigo pages that have a different page height.

Figured out the “no scroll bar in a new window” It was a trinity related markup tweak that I undid. I short-circuit merged it so it should be testable in the nightly at the next restart.

Thanks Andrea - That no scroll bars in a new tab / window is puzzling. But in I go :)

I retested on 24x: https://trunk-maria.nightly.sakaiproject.org/, build: 3b60d7e1

The iframe now resizes, but if samigo opens in a new page, there are no scrollbars and cannot be used.

Am still seeing the problems in ( was resolved as incorporated but not working so I created the new Jira)
