There is another case that needs to be corrected: the self-review section for the instructor using the old grader should probably not show the Summary tabs. The same fix will probably solve this case plus the one.

Testing on trunk. For peer reviews, if a student has already been reviewed, they can see the grade their peer(s) assigned using the drop-down for Student Summary or Criteria Summary.
This is related to the other ticket filed: If there is a reason why a student should have those options, (which I wouldn’t think they should), then this needs to be fixed so they cannot see peer grading before the instructor has released the assignment.
