Your improvements look good to me. I don’t know if it’s in scope, but I would argue that Embed Content on Page accordion should have one section default opened (Upload new File). This would save exactly one click for people uploading new files.

The ‘Add’ menu for the file picker in Lessons that’s used for selecting existing files in Resources has display and interactivity problems. Refer to screenshot, Resources-FilePicker-AddMenuProblem.png.
The ‘Add’ control should look like a button and should be more selectable.
