If ‘
content.direct.upload.enabled' is set to false then the end user is still presented with an upload button within the embed IMG & MOV workflow in the HTML editor.If it is clicked then an ugly “403 Error” modal pops up - at the very least an explanatory error should be thrown. The best solution is to not allow uploads.
