Admin Workspace: some of the icons don't resemble what was there before

Description

Not sure if have the component correct. I did not see one for admin workspace. Need TL/UI groups to look at the navigation icons for the Administration Workspace and verify if the changes are acceptable.

Also, on 24/23, some of the icons have a black fill, while others don’t. There should be consistency between the icons.
