Info banner about points deducted for incorrect answers in 'True / False' and 'Multiple Choice (Single correct) is not needed

Description

In “Tests & Quizzes”, when you add a question of type “True / False”, it will show a banner info saying “Optional. Pertains only to ‘True False' or ‘Multiple Choice, Single Correct' questions.”. I don’t think this banner is useful, because this option will be only shown for these two types of questions. So, it’s kind of redundant.

In fact, this information is only shown in “True / False” questions, for ‘Multiple Choice, Single Correct’ nothing is displayed.

So, this change will remove that banner info also for “True / False” questions.

Banner did not show. Also checked multiple choice, single correct, with negative point value enabled and the banner was not there either. Marking 22 Status as Verified
