Assignments / unable to update from grading with rubric to do not use rubric for grading

Description

Once an assignment is created and saved with the option selected to grade with a rubric, if that assignment is edited and updated to not grade with a rubric, that option will not be saved. A stack is thrown in the logs which is attached.
